Health Action Massachusetts is a nonprofit advocacy organization working to protect access to education, support parental involvement in healthcare, and promote wellness in schools. We advance policies that uphold informed consent, individualized care, and educational equity—regardless of a student’s medical status, belief, or background—and we actively oppose legislation that threatens these fundamental rights. Through grassroots advocacy, public policy, and quality educational resources, we empower individuals and families to advocate for the issues that matter most to them.

Education for All
We believe education is a fundamental right and a cornerstone of opportunity. Our mission is to ensure equitable access to education for all, free from discrimination or coercion, while promoting healthier future generations through policies that address diet, nutrition, and overall well-being, enabling children to thrive and reach their full potential.

We envision a community of informed, proactive citizens advocating for policies that directly impact their lives. By providing accurate resources and fostering civic engagement, we aim to build a healthier, more inclusive future for today’s children and future generations.

For over a decade, Health Action MA and its families, have successfully lobbied for education rights within the State. Our efforts have included proposing several pieces of legislation that would protect religious freedom, individualized medical care, educational rights and parental autonomy.
